WHO WE ARE

We are a residential property development company in Washington, DC. We combine passion for real estate investment with a defined vision for innovative functional designs. We rehabilitated our first distressed property in 2009 and, since then, we’ve experienced outstanding growth. Our portfolio now includes more than 20 successful projects, and we feel good about giving each of those buyers an inviting place to call home.
